1. Log into your resident portal

2. Click "Maintenance" in the menu

3. Describe the issue, add a photo

4. Submit — we respond within 24 hours

HOW TO PAY RENT

1. Go to manemidwest.appfolio.com

2. Log in with your resident email

3. Click "Pay Rent" on your dashboard 4. Set up autopay — never miss the 1st

 

Rent is due the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the 5th.
